Introduction:

Civil aviation regulations require that air transportation and airport cargo collection departments can understand the review of transportation documents. UN38.3 refers to Part 3 38 of the "Dangerous Goods Transport Test and Standard Manual" specially formulated in the United Nations for the transportation of dangerous goods. The three models require lithium batteries to undergo simulation, high temperature and low temperature cycling, vibration test, shock test, 55℃ external short circuit, shock test, overcharge, and forced discharge test before transportation to ensure the safety of lithium battery transportation. If the lithium battery and equipment are not installed, and there are more than 24 battery cells or 12 batteries in the package, it must pass the 1.2-meter free drop test.
