2. For industrial routers with modules certified by FCC, many customers are confused to use FCC ID labels. HTW lab has 20 years of professional experience in FCC certification, supply you a clear and correct labeling demo.

China is the most important customer market and manufacture gathering place, for Industrial Routers, they must be certified by CCC and SRRC.  HTW lab (member of CCIC group) is the only lab with China prefix, with CCC testing qualifications (CCC is branch of CCIC), and is also a professional SRRC service organization, we are different with other national owned labs because we can provide preliminary testing and debugging services to help with product market access.

HTW Experience:

1. The number of prototypes should be guaranteed:

one fixed-frequency machine with welding wire,

one fixed-frequency machine without welding wire,

and one normal prototype.

2. About fixed frequency (non-signaling mode):

Detailed fixed frequency operation steps and test software are needed,

both modulation wave and single carrier should support adjustment.

3: The target power and antenna gain should be provided in time, because many test software are adjustable power.

4: Regarding to the port of the prototype and user manual, it is best to provide simple documents to help understand and arrange EMC testing.
